Responsibilities:
- Stay updated on ISO and FDA requirements to ensure audit readiness.
- Oversee Quality Operations, maintaining compliance with QMS and customer requirements.
- Lead and support QMS investigations, reviewing and approving reports promptly.
- Participate in and lead external audits and inspections as needed.
- Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements, including complaints and feedback oversight.
- Maintain Quality Metric Logs for Quality Operations.
- Assist HR with Training Management and related reporting.
- Drive quality and compliance improvement initiatives across the site.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Science or related field
- 4+ years experience in a regulated environment
