We're seeking dedicated and engaging individuals to join our team at our Eastbourne campus! As a leading alternative provision college, we provide a personalized and supportive learning experience for Key Stage 3 and 4 pupils who benefit from a smaller, more structured setting.

- Purposeful Environment: Our Eastbourne campus, a well-equipped former school building located in Hampden Park, offers a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for up to 40 students. You'll have access to a range of specialist facilities including science labs, an art room, and a food technology space - enabling you to deliver creative and engaging lessons.
- Making a Tangible Impact: You'll work with students from the Eastbourne, Wealden, and Lewes/Western Coastal areas who thrive with individualized attention. Witness their progress as you become a driving force in their academic and personal development.
- Collaborative Approach: We believe in a supportive team environment. Collaborate closely with experienced colleagues, share best practices, and contribute to a dynamic learning community where every student has the potential to thrive.
Who We're Looking For:
- Individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people.
- Adaptable and resilient educators experienced in working with students with diverse learning needs.
