If you answered yes, then we want to hear from you! We are looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our vibrant team and support students in their educational journey.

With a dedicated team and a strong support network, we strive to make education engaging, inspiring, and accessible for every child.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Providing one-to-one and small-group support to help children access the curriculum.
- Assisting the class teacher with engaging lessons and classroom management.
- Supporting students with additional needs to develop confidence and independence.
- Inspire, encourage, and support students-challenge them to exceed expectations while boosting their self-esteem and confidence.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and fostering a nurturing learning environment.
- Helping to implement tailored learning strategies and interventions.
- Working closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals to support each child's development.
- Stay current on all school policies, including safeguarding, child protection, and health and safety.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children, ideally in an educational setting.
- Eligible to work in the UK (No Sponsorship)
- A compassionate and patient approach to supporting students.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Possess an Enhanced DBS or willingness to get one.
- The ability to adapt to different learning needs and challenges.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
