Position: Learning Support Assistant
Location: Bristol
Pay Rate: £90-95 per day
Job Type: Full time/Part time
Start Date: Immediate or after your notice period

Your role:
- Assist the class teacher in delivering effective lessons
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment
- Provide individual support to facilitate student learning
- Monitor student progress and report the findings to the teacher and parents.
- Adhere to the school's policies and procedures.
Desired qualities & skills:
- Genuine passion towards child development
- Experience in handling special needs children
- Strong communication skills and behaviour management
- A flexible and adaptable mindset
- Proven professional references with clean records
- Enhanced DBS check (we can help with this if you don't have one) and eligibility to work in the UK.
- Driving on own to the school is an advantage
