We have a fantastic opportunity for a Specialist Learning Support Worker to join the No.1 SEN day centre in your area. This full-time, permanent role (year-round) is perfect for someone who is nurturing, patient, and dedicated to supporting individuals with severe and complex learning difficulties.
About the Role:
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Setting: A highly regarded specialist centre supporting 45 learners aged 19-45
Support: Working 1:1 and in small groups, helping to deliver a creative, practical, and life-enhancing curriculum

Relevant teaching Assistant and or SEN Care/support work experience (Must be able to provide references)
Eligibility to work in the UK
Responsibilities:
Supporting learners on a 1:1, small group and whole class basis
Supporting learners with severe and complex needs
Working with the teacher to support the learning objectives
