What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with the classroom teacher to deliver dynamic and engaging lessons.
• Help plan activities that spark curiosity and encourage learning.
• Maintain classroom ratios to ensure a supportive environment for all.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating space where children can thrive.
• Build meaningful connections with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
• Track and report progress to foster continuous development.

What You'll Bring:

• A Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare.
• Experience in primary school settings and a deep understanding of classroom dynamics.
• Excellent communication, patience, and organizational skills.

• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM.
