Randstad Education are recruiting for Level 3 Teaching Assistant for various roles in schools across Chester and Cheshire West. Experience working in schools is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Working 1:1 or in small groups with pupils with SEN.
- Understanding the needs of each pupil and how best to support them in the classroom.
- Working with the class teacher to feedback progress and work together to provide the best support possible.
- Helping out during lunch and break times.
- Following the school's behaviour management policy.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Childcare qualification
- EYFS experience
- Strong English and Maths skills
- Enhanced Child DBS (or willingness to apply)
