Job Description:
As a Maintenance and Electrical Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. You will be responsible for delivering a wide range of maintenance services, including:
- Boiler and steam systems
- Hot and cold water systems
- Low voltage electrical systems
- Fire alarm and detection systems
- Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Medical gas systems
- Drainage and waste water systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out maintenance tasks independently, analyzing problems and finding solutions.
- Utilize the Technical Solutions CAFM system for job tracking and reporting.
- Work overtime as needed to meet service requirements.
- Assist other trades as required.
- Prioritize patient needs and ensure a positive experience.
- Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualification in either a mechanical or electrical discipline
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Experience working in a healthcare environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
