About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Static Maintenance Electrician to join our team in Farnborough. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the electrical systems within the site are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on electrical systems and equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with other maintenance staff to ensure minimal downtime and optimal facility performance.
- Participate in a 1 in 6 weeks on-call rotation, providing emergency support as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Electrician, ideally in a static site role.
- Relevant electrical qualifications (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
