Are you an experienced Maintenance Electrician with an electrical bias looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team and deliver high-quality maintenance services to a range of FM clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting planned preventive maintenance (PPM), inspections, and troubleshooting on electrical equipment, machinery, and systems.
- Identifying and repairing reactive electrical faults, ensuring minimal downtime and
maximising equipment efficiency. - Installing, testing, and maintaining electrical systems, including lighting, power
distribution, and control panels. - Collaborating with other maintenance team members to address electrical and
mechanical issues. - Conduct plumbing repairs, such as fixing leaks, replacing pipes, and maintaining water systems.
- Perform joinery work, including repairing doors, fittings, and other fixtures.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Recognised apprenticeship/industry qualification in Electrical Installation or
Maintenance i.e. City & Guilds Level 3. - Up to date 18th edition I.E.E. wiring regulations.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Electrician, preferably in an industrial or
commercial setting within a facilities management organisation. - Level 2 in plumbing/Joinery
