Job Title: Multiskilled Engineer
Location: Birmingham, Coleshill
Salary: £50,000 per annum
Working Hours: 4 on 4 off (days and nights)

About the Role:
We're looking for a skilled Multiskilled Engineer to join our Birmingham team. Working on a 4-on, 4-off shift pattern, you'll ensure the safety, performance, and improvement of our plant operations. Your role will include planned and reactive maintenance, supervising contractors, and supporting plant improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete permits, risk assessments, and ensure safe systems of work.

• Diagnose faults, repair equipment, and improve reliability.

• Supervise contractors and manage critical spares.

• Support PPM, plant improvements, and installation projects.

• Act as a technical point of contact for equipment and safety issues.

• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety.

Requirements:

• Electrical knowledge
• Apprenticeship trained (preffered)
