Our client is a main contractor, based in Rugby, seeking a Managing Quantity Surveyor to contribute to their Warwickshire based projects valued up to £15 million across various sectors including education, healthcare, retail, and leisure.
As a Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial aspects of our projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include cost estimation, procurement, contract administration, and cost control. Leading a team of talented Quantity Surveyors, you will ensure projects are delivered within budget and to the highest standards of quality.
Requirements:
... - Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
