As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a critical role in optimizing our manufacturing processes, improving productivity, and ensuring product quality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement engineering solutions that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes and systems to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting of manufacturing issues to ensure production targets are met.
- Collaborate with design engineers to ensure manufacturability of new product designs.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Create and maintain detailed process documentation, work instructions, and training materials.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to management.
- Support the introduction of new products and technologies into the manufacturing environment.
- Conduct training sessions for production staff on best practices and new processes.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing engineering role, preferably within [specific industry].
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and lean methodologies.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and other engineering tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
