Your office will be based in Durham however this is a hybrid role so you can work from home 2 /3 days per week. IT equipment will be provided.
You will deliver an effective in-house creative service, including the design and

development of on and off-line creative projects, and delivery of collateral such as out of
home, print communication, signage, and merchandise within a specified time line.
You will make sure that all creative activity is aligned with the brand values, aspirations
and guidelines of Northumbrian Water Group.
You will act as a brand guardian, supporting the Corporate Communications team and
colleagues across the business to deliver a range of effective marketing and
communications activity which supports the overarching brand values in a clear,
consistent and audience appropriate manner.
You will use a high standard of creativity to interpret business priorities, objectives and
messages and translate them into effective concepts and creative work which are
audience appropriate and form the basis of successful marketing and communication
activities.
To provide a creative, professional and consistent in-house service while informing and advising colleagues about the benefits of effective creative work.
To deliver and co-ordinate concepts and creative work using the Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
To produce a range of on and off-line marketing and communication materials as specified including, but not limited to, brochures, leaflets, digital advertising, out of home, print advertising, merchandise, packaging and social content including animation. To make sure that all creative activity is aligned with the brand values and aspirations of Northumbrian Water Group. To make sure that clear brand guidelines are adhered to in all
creative outputs.
