As a Marketing Executive, you will play a vital role in executing and optimizing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, schedule, and publish engaging social media posts; monitor and engage with the community; analyze performance metrics to optimize engagement.
- Execute email campaigns using Mailchimp, manage automated flows, and analyze click-through rates and open rates.
- Enhance and maintain a consistent brand tone across all digital touchpoints through design and content.
- Optimize website content for organic traffic and monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, preparing monthly reports.
- Oversee member acquisition, particularly across new territories in Europe, including country-specific sector research.
- Support Boardwave membership registrations and marketing initiatives, including public affairs and partner marketing.
- Ideally 3+ years of experience in marketing or similar content roles
- A background in the software/tech/finance industry would be beneficial.
- Strong written, verbal communication, and content creation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of creative software: Adobe Suite and Canva.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Mailchimp and CRM tools.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
