We are currently looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing & PR efforts in an international architecture and engineering consultancy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that enhance brand presence, engage clients, and drive business growth. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills to effectively manage marketing initiatives that align with our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company's services and enhance rand awareness in the architecture and engineering consultancy sector
- Conduct market research to identify trends, client needs, and competitive landscape, using insights to inform marketing decisions and strategies.
- Manage and oversee all marketing campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with the company's goals and effectively reaching the target audience
- Manage and prepare events that showcase the client offering
- Responsible for all PR within the business across geographies
- Collaborate with the business development team to create compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our capabilities and value proposition to potential clients.
- Lead the development of marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, website content, and social media posts, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding
- Utilise digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance online presence, including search engine optimisation (SEO), social media marketing, and email campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing initiatives through metrics and analytic, adjusting strategies as needed to optimise results.
- Establish and maintain relationships with media, industry influencers, and partners to enhance the company's visibility and reputation.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and tracking expenses against the budget.
- Coordinate and organise events, workshops, and seminars to engage with clients, showcase expertise, and promote our services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the architecture and engineering consultancy industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Middle East experience (preferred)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience managing teams and projects, with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
- Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia as needed for client engagements and events.
