Main Purpose of role:
The MLR Exec (UK) is a highly organized individual responsible for supporting the EMEA Marketing and broader team across a number of areas, including supporting the approval and delivery of first-class marketing activity, managing the approvals process in conjunction with Marketing team colleagues and ensuring the efficient operation of the EMEA team and office environment, across both B2C and B2B/HCP functions. This role requires someone who has a positive, ready to learn and solve mindset, who is interested to gain experience in a busy 'start up' environment within a global healthcare organization, which seeks to help people live life to the fullest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as main point of contact for Marketing Approval process, interfacing with MLR team (Medical, Legal and Regulatory) and Veeva approvals systems, as well as Approvals tracking tool (Monday.com)
- Digital Asset Management (Bynder) administration where needed
- Operational support for UK Marketing and commercial procurement (e.g.: raising and amending POs in SRM)
- Support with raising legal ticket requests and tracking approvals/resolutions with UK Marketing and Commercial
- Raising IT requests/support for UK (e.g. new starters, IT issues etc)
- Office organisation (storage and organisation of Marketing assets, merch and materials, materials ordering etc).
- Liaison with local and global stakeholders as needed.
2-3 years experience working in marketing operations, Marketing role.
Business experience working in an office environment, with multiple competing priorities were central to the success in the roles.
* Evidence of working in a fast-paced marketing team or agency in an operational role.
* Must have experience of managing priorities and be highly organised and methodical.
* Experience of workflow tools and software e.g. Veeva, Monday.com would be an advantage
* Experience of working in a regulated environment an advantage.

* Ability to work from Central London office (WC1).
