Randstad is actively recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to join the MASH (Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub) team at Leicestershire County Council. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly rate of £38, with an initial 3-6-month contract and the potential for extension based on performance and internal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance to the multi-agency workforce.
- Assess and triage requests received by the Children and Families Hub, coordinating Early Help support with partners to address the needs of vulnerable families.
- Handle a personal caseload of complex cases, working collaboratively with families and partner agencies to deliver holistic, coordinated interventions.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored child and family plans that prioritise safety, well-being, and individual needs.
What We're Looking For:
- SWE Registration (Social Work England)
- At least 2 years of post-qualification experience within the UK social care system
- Eligibility to work in the UK
