Position: Full-Time, Secondary Setting
Duration: September - December
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE in Mathematics.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching Mathematics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students of varying abilities.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons to secondary school students.
- Assess, track, and report on student's progress and provide feedback to support their development.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
- Participate in departmental meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school events as required.
