Requirements
- QTS/QTLS in Maths-this is essential
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS on the update service
- At least 3 months of teaching experience in the UK
- Experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4
- Familiarity with the National Curriculum
- Proven success in teaching within an 11-16 school
- Ability to engage and inspire students
Responsibilities
- Deliver Maths lessons up to KS4 GCSE
- Plan and teach engaging lessons accessible to all students
- Provide suitable challenges to facilitate effective learning
- Maintain high standards of behaviour
- Commit to enhancing student achievement
- Use various classroom management techniques in line with school policies
- Guide students in applying Maths to real-world situations
