Your Responsibilities:
- Take the lead on planned preventative and reactive maintenance across designated sites.
- Ensure emergency lighting systems are compliant and operational.
- Conduct scheduled testing and servicing of fire alarm systems.
- Maintain lighting systems, replacing faulty or expired lamps.
- Handle minor plumbing repairs and general building fabric maintenance.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues.
- Service mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, power distribution, and building automation controls.
What You Need:
- F-Gas qualification
- 18th Edition (Electrical Regulations)
- Solid HVAC experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Proven experience as an M&E Engineer or similar
Desirable Qualifications:
- IOSH Working Safely certification
- Plumbing experience
- Basic fabric maintenance skills
- 2391 Testing & Inspection qualification
