Are you an experienced mechanical maintenance engineer within the facilities sector? Seeking a new challenge within 2024. My client is an established FM company looking for a qualified and experienced Mechanical maintenance engineer to join a team on a (type of site e.g. office / hospital) site based close to Gloucester . This is a great role for someone looking to join a company offering lots of progression and training. This is a mobile position working Monday to Friday.

Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 2 / 3 in Air Conditioning (preferred)
- F-GAS (preferred)
- Experience working within commercial Environments
- Driving licence
Day to day duties:
- Routine Inspections: Regularly inspect mechanical systems and equipment.
- Maintenance Planning: Develop schedules and procedures for maintenance tasks.
- Repairs and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair mechanical issues.
- Part Replacement: Identify and replace faulty parts and components.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with other maintenance staff and contractors.
- Continuous Improvement: Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Training: Stay updated with industry developments and provide training to staff.
