Randstad Construction & Property are working with a global Facilities Management company who are seeking an experienced, time served Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance in Fife.
Location: Fife
Salary: Up to £39500
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent, Shifts, Static

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide mobile mechanical maintenance services to clients throughout Edinburgh
- Conduct planned preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, including plumbing
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and perform necessary repairs
- Ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety regulations and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
- Communicate effectively with clients and deliver exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- Relevant mechanical qualifications (City and Guilds or NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing and Heating or Mechanical Engineering)
- Proven experience in maintaining and repairing mechanical systems, including plumbing
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence
