We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Plumber to join a leading Facilities Management provider. This is a mobile role, covering commercial sites in and around Birmingham, ensuring the maintenance, repair, and servicing of plumbing and mechanical systems.
The Role:
- Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance on commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnosing and rectifying faults efficiently across a range of sites, including offices, retail, and healthcare facilities
- Working on hot and cold water systems, pipework, drainage, and sanitaryware
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards
- Completing job reports and maintaining accurate service records
Requirements:
- Unvented Hot Water Systems (G3) qualification is essential
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating or equivalent
- Experience in a similar commercial maintenance role within Facilities Management
- Full UK driving license
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
