Walsingham Support is seeking compassionate and experienced Mental Health Support Workers to join our team and provide exceptional care to service users within our TLC package in kendal.

We are looking for:
- Individuals with a genuine passion for supporting individuals with mental health needs.
- At least 6 months of experience working in the UK within a mental health setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with service users.
- Commitment to providing person-centered care.
- A valid UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- An up-to-date DBS check registered on the Update Service.
