You should be a qualified teacher with a minimum of 2 years post qualifying experience
Excellent subject knowledge with English National Curriculum, IGCSE and A-level experience - preferred but not essential.
Experience of working with children who have English as an additional language is highly desirable
Experience of working in the independent sector is also desirable
