Job Title: Air Conditioning Engineer
Location: Stockton-on-Tees|Barnard Castle|Seaham|HArtlepool
Salary: upto £38,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Oncall: 1 in 6
Overtime: Time and a half pay, Double pay on Sunday

Requirements / Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineer, preferably within commercial properties.
- Relevant qualifications in air conditioning and refrigeration (e.g., City & Guilds 2079 or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of different air conditioning systems, including split systems,VRV/VRF systems, and chiller units.
- Ability to diagnose and repair faults effectively, ensuring systems are operational and energy-efficient.
- Full UK driving licence
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to air conditioning maintenance.
Day to Day Duties:
- Conduct PPM on a range of air conditioning and refrigeration systems within commercial properties.
- Perform routine inspections, diagnose faults, and carry out necessary repairs to ensure optimal system functionality.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to reactive maintenance calls, addressing urgent issues and minimising downtime.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to schedule maintenance visits and communicate maintenance outcomes effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of work carried out, including maintenance reports, service logs, and inventory management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements in air conditioning systems.
