Our leading Facilities Management client are seeking a motivated and keen Mobile Electrical Technician on a full time contract in London N5 2EQ
Working as part of a highly successful Facilities team, you will ensure the site remains functional and safe for use by maintaining all Electrical equipment to standard and conducting both reactive repairs and pre-planned maintenance to ensure the site remains fully functional for local operations
- Immediate start available
- Leading company with lots of training and development
- Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Structured processes and excellent working environment
- £21/Hr + Holiday Pay + Pension + Overtime rates
Duties include:
- General reactive repairs - e.g. lighting, sockets, fans and pumps
- Pre-planned maintenance
- Maintain records and service reports
- Adhere to H&S policy
- Undertake training
- Work with the wider maintenance team on various projects
- Ensure compliance e.g. risk assessments
Skills needed:
- BS 7671 18TH edition.
- Level 3 in Electrical installations.
- Driving License.
- Good Time Keeping and Reliable.
- Required Enhanced DBS.
