Are you an experienced Fabric Engineer seeking an exciting new opportunity within a leading organisation?
Randstad C&P are working with a well-established facilities management organisation, who are seeking an experienced Fabric Engineer to carry out all areas of maintenance and minor remedial tasks within existing commercial contracts. This is a full time and permanent opportunity based in Dublin.
Package includes:
- Competitive salary between £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
- 31 days annual leave including bank holidays
- Company van and fuel card

Main duties will include:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and inspections on building fabric elements, including fire doors, internal and external doors, and general joinery.
- Complete reactive maintenance tasks such as roof leak repairs, gutter and gully replacements, and minor painting works.
- Install, repair, and maintain internal finishes including wall cladding, tiling, edge protection, and various flooring types like vinyl and ceramic tiles.
- Provide first line response to plumbing and drainage issues as part of day-to-day maintenance duties.
- Perform repairs and replacements of wall and floor fittings, ironmongery, hardware, and other general building fabric components.
The Ideal candidate must have the following:
- City & Guilds or similar in Joinery/Carpentry
- Previous FM/Commercial experience
- Full driving licence is required
- City & Guilds Carpentry & Joinery (6706) (Desired)
- IPAF Trained (Desired)
