I am working with a leading construction contractor who are seeking a building services fabric technician to join their mobile fleet, servicing building fabric maintenance on one of their flagship maintenance contracts.

- Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 (DOE)

Duties
- Fire door maintenance
- Ceiling & floor tiling
- Minor plumbing repairs (sink flow checks, taps, toilets, kitchens)
- Emergency lighting
- Lamp/ballast changes
- Painting & decorating
- Filter changes/cleaning
- Basic carpentry
- Patch repairs
- Visual plant room inspections
Requirements
- Building services fabric maintenance experience
- Consistent career history
- C&G / NVQ in a trade (desirable)
- Full UK Licence (no more than 6 points)
