Are you a skilled multi-trader who is seeking permanent work? My client are a medium sized maintenance outfit who are on the lookout for a mobile multi-trader to join their team, overseeing a commercial portfolio in the SW London area, covering SW postcodes.
Duties
- Painting
- Decorating
- Carpentry - skirting, fitting furniture, doors, window repairs
- Drainage and flushing
- Basic plumbing - replacing taps, toilets, sink basins
- Basic electrical work - changing lamps, lights and changing sockets
- Patch repairs
Requirements
- Full UK drivers license
- Full right to work in the UK
- Min. 2 years expeirence maintaining commercial/domestic environments
