- Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Electrician

We are currently looking for an experienced maintenance electrician to join an established team supporting PPM and reactive maintenance in the Northern Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified electrician looking for a stable, long-term position with a competitive salary, role is full time, permanent M-F core working hours.

Key Responsibilities include both electrical:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and equipment.
- Domestic and commercial electrical maintenance, ensuring the safety and functionality of electrical systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Periodic inspection & testing of domestic dwellings, conducting essential electrical checks to maintain compliance and safety.
- Minor heating installation works, supporting heating system installations with necessary electrical connection.
- Rewires, upgrading and replacing outdated or faulty wiring to maintain system integrity.
- Carry out smoke alarm installations, ensuring the proper installation and function of smoke detection systems.
- Fuse board upgrades, modernising electrical panels to meet current regulations and performance standards.
- Excellent communication skills and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work under pressure, use own initiative, and be a part of the team.
- Ability to work within specified timeframes
Required
- NVQ Level 3 -Electrical
- 18th Edition Qualification
- CSR card
- City & Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing
- Domestic or commercial experience
- Valid UK Driver's License
