Overview
- 08am-05pm Monday to Friday
- Overtime available if required
- £14.42 + Holiday (weekly pay) + Pension
- Temp contract - Potential for permanent position for the right candidate

Duties include:
- To carry out and complete both technical & statutory PPMs across the clients portfolio as well as reactive remedial work in the Sussex County.
Experience needed:
- Basic Repairs and addressing minor plumbing issues.
- Performing basic electrical tasks like installing or replacing light fixtures, outlets, and switches.
- Installing shelves, doors, and other fixtures, as well as repairing or replacing damaged wood surfaces.
- Painting walls, trim, and other surfaces, as well as applying stains and varnishes.
- Performing basic landscaping tasks like mowing lawns, trimming bushes, and planting trees.
- Cleaning windows, gutters, pavement, and other exterior surfaces.
- Ensuring a safe work environment by following safety procedures and reporting potential hazards.
- UK Driving Licence required.
- Basic DBS check within the last 12 months
