What We're Looking For:
Essential Requirements:
* A qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering (e.g., C&G, HND) or a time served apprenticeship.
* Experience in maintenance and fault finding in a manufacturing environment.
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
* Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with others.
Valued Skills:
* Experience in an Electrical Technical based role.
* Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement techniques.
* Previous experience of Injection Moulding (desirable although not mandatory).
