Looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Carpenter to join a leading Housing Association undertaking Repairs and Maintenance works around chingford and surrounding areas
Responsibilities:
- Carry out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties
- Undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to include carpentry/joinery, remedial plumbing, tiling, external fencing etc within a social housing setting
- working efficiently and safety in line with best practise to achieve excellent customer experience
this is a contract role offering £20.00 - £25.00ph with both CIS and Umbrella options available
Must have:
- Full UK driving licence as company van will be provided
- NVQ 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade
- Strong Health and Safety knowledge
- Experience of working in both occupied and void properties ideally in social housing
