Our client is a leading property services company, seeking a multi skilled Joiner to join their dynamic team. If you have experience in kitchen and bathroom fitting and are skilled in performing basic house repairs, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Kitchen Fitting: Install kitchen units, worktops, and fittings with precision and attention to detail.
- Bathroom Fitting: Carry out complete bathroom installations, including tiling, plumbing, and fitting sanitary ware.
- Basic House Repairs: Perform a range of general maintenance tasks such as door and window repairs, skirting, and flooring.
- Quality Control: Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a joiner, preferably in kitchen and bathroom fitting.
- Proficiency in a range of joinery techniques and tools.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Qualifications:
- Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Joinery.
- Valid CSCS card.
- Full UK driving licence.
