Carry out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties
Undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to include full plumbing repairs , remedial carpentry/joinery, tiling, plastering etc within a social housing setting
working efficiently and safety in line with best practices to achieve excellent customer experience

Requirements:

Full UK driving licence as company van will be provided
NVQ 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade
Strong Health and Safety knowledge
Experience of working in both occupied and void properties
