The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of client's facilities.

Salary: £35,600 per annum

An average day will include the following
- Conducting routine inspections, maintenance and repairs of a variety of systems and equipment
- Perform electrical, mechanical, plumbing and HVAC repairs and installations
- Deliver exceptional service and resolve issues efficiently
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations
An ideal candidate will have:
- Experience as a maintenance technician or a similar role
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A full UK driving licence
- Flexibility to work early and back shifts as required
- Full DBS check
