Shift: Night Shift (Hours: 7-7 / 12 hour shift)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting preventative and reactive maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues promptly to minimize downtime
- Performing routine inspections and safety checks
- Keeping accurate records of all maintenance activities
- Working alongside a team of engineers to ensure operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Proven experience in maintenance engineering (mechanical, electrical, or both)
- Strong knowledge of industrial machinery and systems
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong building services knowledge
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work night shifts and potential weekend shifts
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds, etc.) are desirable
