About the role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Band 6/ Band 7- Nurse Practitioner to work in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. You will be providing high-quality care to patients presenting with a wide range of minor illnesses and injuries. Experience in a walk-in centre setting is essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with minor injuries and ailments.
- Provide clinical diagnostics and assessments.
- Utilize triage skills to prioritize patients effectively.
- Prescribing (desirable but not essential).
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- B6 & B7 qualified.
- Experience working in Walk-in Centres (essential).
- A&E experience (desirable).
- Triage skills (desirable).
- Experience working with both adult and children service users (desirable).
- Strong clinical diagnostics/assessment skills.
ANPs with GP experience and Paramedics are also encouraged to apply.
Pay rates: NHS capped rates apply
Hours: 8am to 8pm (Shift patterns will be discussed)To Apply:
