Role Overview
You will work in well-equipped rooms catering to children aged 3 months to 5 years, utilising diverse resources to support their development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design age-appropriate activities to nurture child development
- Build strong relationships with parents and caregivers, managing key children responsibilities
- Conduct observations during EYFS curriculum-based activities to track progress
- Assist with children's hygiene routines and mealtimes
- Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment with a focus on health and safety
- Safeguard children and report welfare concerns promptly
- Maintain daily diary entries and conduct end-of-day handover procedures with parents
- Support the training and professional growth of other staff members
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one through Randstad
- Experience working with children aged 0-5
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong work ethic and professional demeanor
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team
- Thorough understanding of the EYFS curriculum
- Dedication to children's development with an energetic, positive attitude
- Eligibility to work in the UK

- Paediatric first aid training
