Randstad Education is collaborating with a well-established nursery school in Bognor Regis to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant for afternoon support.
About the Role:
- Schedule: Part-time, term-time only (Afternoon hours)
- Role: PPA cover - supporting Keyworkers during their non-contact/paperwork time
- Contract: Temp to Perm
- Salary: NJC Grade 3 (£12.45 per hour)
- Impact: Play a key role in creating a positive and engaging learning experience for 3-4-year-olds.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with teachers and staff to maintain a supportive and consistent care environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with various activities, including playtime, mealtimes, and early learning experiences.
- Help create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for young children.
- Provide individualized care and support children's personal needs.
- Contribute to the smooth day-to-day operations of the nursery.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with young children.
- A strong passion for early childhood development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of safeguarding procedures.
- Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
