They promote daily outdoor experiences to facilitate children's understanding of their surroundings. This role is a permanent position and is for an individual with childcare background, possessing a level 2 or 3 childcare qualification. To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in Early Years (References required)
- An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Eligibility to work in the UK (No sponsorship provided)
- A childcare qualification at level 2 or 3

- Take charge of key children, regularly monitoring and tracking their progress
- Facilitate engaging and interactive activities
- Maintain effective communication with parents and caregivers regarding students' progress
- Participate in internal meetings, parents' evenings, and staff training events
