Requirements of Nursery Nurse:
- Relevant childcare experience
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Enhanced child DBS on the update service (or willing to get one)
- 2 proven professional references
- Strong understanding of the child behaviour
- Skills like creativity, patience, empathy, emotion handling
- Basic first aid and safety protocols
Responsibilities include:
- Connect with the children, identity their needs and discomforts
- Communicate the children's development with parents and the teachers
- Conduct engaging activities that promotes learning and growth
- Ensure safety and well-being of the children all the time
- Maintain clean, organised and stimulative learning environment
