Randstad Education are currently recruiting for a Nursery Manager for a permanent role in a Chester-based Nursery. Previous management experience is essential for this role. This is a full-time post.

Responsibilities:
- To deliver and ensure a high standard of learning, development and care for children aged 0-5 years.
- To manage the day to day running of the Nursery.
- To ensure that the Nursery is a safe environment for children, staff, and others.
- Abide by the Statutory Framework for the Early Years on Safeguarding Children together with the nursery's Safeguarding Policy; ensuring you have an understanding that safeguarding is everybody's responsibility and that you have a duty to act accordingly and report any concerns.
- To demonstrate current knowledge and understanding of the EYFS and that you comply with all areas of the Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage.
- Understand and adhere to the company's policies and procedures at all times.
- To develop partnerships with parents/carers to increase involvement in their child's development.
- To manage all other staff within the Nursery.
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 3 in Early Years or equivalent
- Knowledge of the Early Years sector
- 3+ years experience working in a nursery or similar environment
- Management or deputy management experience
