Your Responsibilities as a Nursery Nurse:
- Provide nurturing care and support for children aged 0-5, ensuring their safety, well being, and happiness.
- Facilitate engaging activities and experiences that promote children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Observe and document children progress and achievements, communicating with parents and colleagues as needed.
- Build positive relationships with parents and families, sharing information and collaborating on children learning and development.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a welcoming and inclusive nursery environment that fosters a sense of belonging for all children and families.
Requirements to get cleared for this role:
- Minimum Level 3 (CACHE) qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting is desirable
- Genuine love and enthusiasm for working with young children, with a nurturing and patient approach
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS on the update service
- 2 recent professional references
