We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to provide expert guidance and support within our school community. This role is vital in ensuring a safe, healthy, and supportive environment for both staff and students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct health assessments and provide advice on workplace adjustments for staff.
- Develop and implement health and well being strategies for employees.
- Offer guidance on sickness absence management and return-to-work plans.
- Work closely with HR and leadership teams to promote a healthy work environment.
- Provide mental health and stress management support for staff.
Ideal Candidate:
- Registered Occupational Health Nurse (OHN) or Occupational Health Advisor (OHA).
- Experience in occupational health within an educational or public sector setting.
- Strong knowledge of health assessments, risk management, and well being initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
