Key Duties:
- Conduct health screenings and risk assessments for staff.
- Provide expert guidance on workplace health and safety.
- Offer advice on absence management and return-to-work processes.
- Implement preventative healthcare initiatives for school employees.
- Support the school's mental health and wellbeing agenda.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Professional qualification in Occupational Health (NMC, HCPC, or equivalent).
- Experience in education, healthcare, or corporate OH preferred.
- Strong knowledge of health legislation and workplace adjustments.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to staff wellbeing.
