We are looking for a proactive Occupational Health & Wellbeing Specialist to lead our school's health initiatives and ensure a safe and productive environment for all employees.
Your Role Will Include:
- Developing and implementing staff wellbeing programs.
- Carrying out health risk assessments and recommending adjustments.
- Supporting the HR team with sickness absence and return-to-work planning.
- Providing mental health support and stress management strategies.
- Advising on workplace ergonomics and preventative health measures.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Qualified Occupational Health Professional (NMC or HCPC registered).
- Experience working in education, healthcare, or corporate occupational health.
- Strong understanding of mental health, stress management, and wellbeing initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving and advisory skills.
