Randstad is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist. This role offers the opportunity to work with individuals to promote independence and enhance their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of service users' needs.
- Develop and implement personalised intervention plans to enhance daily living skills.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers, physiotherapists, and healthcare professionals.
- Provide expert advice to service users, carers, and families to support independent living.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- HCPC registration.
- Proven experience in a similar role within adult or community services.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
